Really really surprised to find this juice shop attached to the fruit and vegetable shop on zomato and am gulping this chance of writing the first review with glee!
These guys deal exclusively in juices and a few milkshakes. They also recommend the seasonal ones which sometimes comes quite cheap at 20 bucks a glass. Have had almost all their juices which are prepared right in front of your eyes in a not so sterile mixer but the good thing is you can opt for no sugar and no ice to get the raw fruity flavour and also avoid water contamination.
Their mixed juice which has papaya, grape, orange and apple is a sheer blast of flavours. Kiwi milkshake is another veritable treat.
You stand and drink your juices and get to watch the people coming to the shop and the traffic in the road thereby giving you as basic an ambience as you can get.
Why should you come here and not go to a plush juice outlet? Probably two reasons. ... firstly by drinking juices from shops like these regularly will build your immunity and secondly only at places like this can you get the real Chennai experience. ... so go ahead and say "thambi oru juice podu" :)
